Select payment screenshots or paste payment text. You can select up to 50 images per batch, subject to your remaining trial photo allowance. OCR can misread cropped, blurry or unusual layouts. Compare the amount, date and merchant with the original. Missing dates require explicit confirmation. Fraud, pending authorization, cancellation, reversal and status messages are not ordinary purchases and may be blocked from saving.
Available budget is calculated from the budget, entries and unpaid planned bills that you entered. It is not your bank balance. Different currencies remain separate and are not automatically converted.
To begin, confirm Apple’s free 14-day Trial product in the app. This provides 14 days of trial access and up to 10 successfully recognized photos in total. Existing users keep their previous start date and used photo allowance. After the photo allowance is used, manual entry remains available until the trial ends. After expiry, existing records remain available for viewing and export. A one-time in-app purchase unlocks continued entry and photo recognition. There is no subscription or automatic recurring charge. Check the price shown by Apple before confirming.
For a previous purchase, use Restore Purchase in Settings with the purchasing Apple account. If products do not load, check your network connection and use Reconnect. Restore recovers the original trial start date; it does not restart the 14 days. Photo-use counts remain on the current installation and are not synchronized to another device.
Export a backup from Settings before moving devices. Choose whether to include pending review photos and store the file securely. Excluding photos does not remove recognized or pasted source text from pending reviews. The JSON backup has no separate app-provided password, so share it only with people you intend to give access to your records. Restore on the new device. The app keeps a local copy of the records and pending reviews from before a normal restore and provides a recovery action. That copy may include pending review photos even if you later review or remove them from the current records. Recovery from an unreadable saved state may also preserve the original file. The app does not automatically sync devices. Deleted records move to recoverable Trash; the current app has no permanent-empty-Trash button. Uninstalling removes the app’s local container, but exported files and device backups must be managed separately. Offloading can retain app data.
