MOT — Moments of the Day — is a photo calendar journal from 2DTO3D Co., Ltd.
Choose your calendar, tap a date, and choose Add photos or Write a note. Photos become a draft. Add optional words or decorations, then Save. Cancelling the draft does not consume the trial’s daily photo allowance.
Open your chosen calendar in MOT and tap Use this calendar on widget. On your iPhone Home Screen, touch and hold an empty area, then Edit → Add Widget → MOT → Pinned calendar. Opening other calendars does not change the pin. Widgets labeled Choose a calendar have their own choice under long-press → Edit Widget → Calendar. iOS controls refresh timing. Settings → Refresh widgets prepares your latest saved content.
Activate Apple’s free 7-day Trial in Trial & MOT Full. It includes two calendars and up to 10 newly saved photos per day across your calendars. The seven days begin at Apple’s original activation time. The local daily photo counter uses the time zone in effect when first set up. MOT Full is a separate one-time purchase for continued recording, unlimited calendars and unlimited photo additions. There is no subscription or automatic charge. Available device storage applies. After the trial, records remain viewable and exportable; adding and editing require Full. Use Restore purchases with the purchasing Apple Account. Restoring does not restart the trial.
Photos are resized copies. Keep your original photos separately. Settings → Export all journals creates a manual backup; Import backup adds calendar copies rather than restoring all settings and Trash. Existing records can be viewed and exported after trial expiry. Save a backup before changing devices or removing the app. Deleted records are in Recently deleted until permanently removed.
