LiveFrame
Privacy Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

2DTO3D operates LiveFrame. This policy explains how the app handles your media, purchases and support inquiries.

Your photos and videos

LiveFrame processes the video you select on your iPhone. We do not upload your photos or videos to our servers. The app uses Apple’s media picker to access the video you choose and requests permission to add generated Live Photos to your library.

Temporary processing files are removed when you leave or replace an edit; leftover temporary files are cleaned on the next launch. Saved Live Photos remain in your Photos library until you delete them. If you enable iCloud Photos, Apple may download or sync media according to your settings.

No account, advertising or tracking

The app does not require an account and includes no advertising, analytics SDKs or tracking. The demonstration video is bundled with the app rather than streamed from a server.

Purchases

Apple handles in-app payments. LiveFrame uses StoreKit to verify and restore your one-time Unlimited Saves purchase. We do not receive your card details or send purchase records to our own server. Apple’s services are subject to Apple’s privacy policies.

Support inquiries

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to include. We use this information to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Our support email is hosted by Google Workspace. We keep correspondence only as needed for support and any applicable recordkeeping obligations; you may contact us to request deletion.

Please avoid sending private photos, videos, passwords or payment information. Media is not required for a general inquiry.

This website

This website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver and secure their services. The website’s demo video is a separate public asset; it does not access your photo library.

Your choices

You can manage LiveFrame’s photo permissions in iPhone Settings, remove the app, and delete saved media in Photos. Contact us about information you shared through support.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app or our practices change. The date above indicates the latest revision.
